Field exists

An example showing filtered results:

Filtering documents which include the field "brand" in their information.

Field exists (Case sensitive)

This filter returns entries in a database if a certain field (as opposed to the field values in previously mentioned filter types) exists in them. For instance, filtering out documents in which there is no field 'purchase-info'.

Note: that this filter can be used in the other direction as well: filtering out documents containing a certain field.

The filter setup window provides you with all the necessary information that has to be set. Follow the instruction as shown in the image below.

1. Select the field that should exist in the results from the drop-down menu
2. Select "Field exists" as the filter type
3. Any of the items as the condition
4. Hit any random key
5. Click on "Add filters"

The filter is activated the moment the data is loaded.
